Organise: form a new, well-resourced, and strategic organisation to unite Black current and former players and give them a voice.

Represent: future proof women’s football by undertaking a similar review of Black representation in the women’s game at all tiers.

Develop: develop targeted learning opportunities for Black current and former players, designed by and aimed at, them.

Campaign: the FA’s voluntary code on diversity needs to be replaced by a properly monitored and enforced compulsory code developed directly with Black current and former players. Identity:

B.A.M.E does not reflect the unique status of Black players in the game on and off the pitch and neither does it help a data driven game like football. We want to encourage greater granularity, transparency and accountability.
