Delroy Corinaldi

Delroy is a fan who loves the game and wants to see it grow and become more inclusive.

Delroy is a co-founder of BFP. He previously held senior positions for consumer body, Which?, and StepChange. He co-found the Financial Inclusion Centre, sits on the New Philanthropy Capital board and was board lead on inclusion for the Terrence Higgins Trust.

Michael Johnson

Michael is a current England Under 21 coach and club ambassador Derby County FC.

Michael is co-founder of BFP. He is a vastly experienced coach and manager and former professional footballer for Derby County and Birmingham City. He is a UEFA pro licence holder and former Jamaican International player.

Eartha Pond

Eartha Pond is the Independent Non-Executive Director, FA Women’s Football Board (WFB), appointed in 2021.

Eartha is co-founder of BFP. Former player for Chelsea, Everton, Charlton Athletic and Totten Hotspur, teacher and local Councillor for the only Community Council in London, Queens Park Community Council.
